Mr. Kamal Nath have resigned from the position of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister just an hours before when he have to prove the majority in the assembly as per as per Supreme Court’s Thursday order. After Jyotiraditya Scindia’s crossover, Congress have seen the exit of 22 MLA’s which have created the situation to prove the majority for Congress in Madhya Pradesh.
According the supreme court Friday was the deadline at 5.00 pm to make the floor test, it was being made against petition filed by BJP in which court states that “There will be only one agenda – whether the government enjoys strength. The state of uncertainty in Madhya Pradesh should be effectively resolved by a floor test”.
On Thursday assembly speaker Madhya Pradesh have accepted 16 congress MLA’s resignation who was in Bengaluru since March 09, where 6 MLA have made their resignation last week only.
